Documents to be provided by the applicant:

1.Tenants entitled to receive a state land plot for individual construction free of charge. A tenant entitled to receive a state land plot for individual construction free of charge must submit a request for the free transfer of the state land plot for individual construction to the director of the municipal administration based on the location of residential houses being returned to the owners.

The tenant submits a request to the National Land Service, indicating the state land plot selected from the list of state land plots provided by the municipality that are given free of charge for ownership, for the decision-making.
 

2. Individuals whose families were relocated to the territory of the Republic of Lithuania after 1939 from privately owned farms in the then territories of Poland and Germany must submit:

2.1. A request for the free transfer of ownership of a plot of state land, which must specify:

2.1.1. the date and place of the request;

2.1.3. the name and surname of the person whose family was relocated to the territory of the Republic of Lithuania after 1939 from privately owned farms in the then territories of Poland and Germany, along with their residential address;

2.1.4. the municipality, eldership, and cadastral area where the free transfer of ownership of the state land plot is desired;

2.1.5. the location of the land owned by the individual or their family members before their relocation to the territory of the Republic of Lithuania after 1939 (in the then territories of Poland and Germany).

2.2. A copy of the identity document.

2.3. A document certifying the fact of property ownership rights of a person's family members to land in the territories of Poland and Germany before 1939, prior to their settlement in the territory of the Republic of Lithuania.

2.4. A document certifying the fact of a person's family being settled in the territory of the Republic of Lithuania after 1939 from farms owned in the territories of Poland and Germany.

2.5. Documents certifying that the person is a family member of the owner who had property rights to land in the territories of Poland and Germany and settled in the territory of the Republic of Lithuania after 1939.
 

3. A religious community, congregation, or center wishing to obtain a state land plot free of charge adjacent to the buildings and other structures owned by the religious community, congregation, or center, must submit to the National Land Service:

3.1. A request for the free provision of a state land plot adjacent to the buildings and other structures owned by the religious community, congregation, or center, which must include: 3.1.1. the date and place of the request;

3.1.2. the name, code, and address of the religious community, congregation, or center;

3.1.3. the unique numbers of the buildings and other structures owned by the religious community, congregation, or center located on the state land plot.

3.1.4. it is requested to provide free of charge a state land plot where there are buildings and other structures owned by a religious community, community, or center, the address or location of this land plot (name of the municipality, eldership, place of residence), at the time of submitting the request for the free of charge provision of the state land plot the requested state land plot has not been formed.

The request for the free of charge provision of the state land plot next to buildings and other structures owned by a religious community, community, or center must be signed according to the canons, statutes, and other norms of the competent leadership.

3.2. Authorization to represent a religious community, congregation, or center wishing to receive a plot of state land in ownership free of charge, adjacent to buildings and other structures owned by them.

3.3. A land plot plan and cadastral data file prepared according to the territorial planning document or land use project, when the application for the free ownership of the land plot is made, and the land plot requested has been formed.

3.4. A copy of the document confirming that the religious community, congregation, or center operated before July 21, 1940, and owned real estate that was nationalized or otherwise unlawfully appropriated under the laws of the USSR (LSSR).
