Information:
Interested persons can generate protected links to the Topographic and Engineering Infrastructure Spatial Data Services. The generated links can be loaded into GIS software. The provided services are intended for viewing and identifying spatial data. Attribute data is not accessible. The links work only in certain GIS programs and only in their newer versions.
The service is free of charge.

Service provision rules:
The user is not allowed to perform any data extraction activities unless specified in the service provision rules. The user is not allowed to distribute in any form the links provided to them or any information obtained based on those links to third parties. The user is also not allowed to collect or store in any form the data obtained from the service, perform any data extraction or automated scanning activities, attempt to bypass security measures, or otherwise disrupt the system’s operation. Upon noticing system errors, security vulnerabilities, or possibilities to circumvent applied security measures, the user must immediately inform the service provider or its representatives and must not disclose this information to third parties. The service may be used only by a person who has logged in to the TPS gateway and has been identified, and all their actions, including any data transmission or unlawful use, are performed at their own risk and responsibility. These conditions implement the principles of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 (General Data Protection Regulation) and ensure that the service is used only for lawful purposes.
